New kitchen tool

Last year (early Fall) I was given a new kitchen toy. One of our neighbors gave me their old dehydrator. Its a cheap Ronco but I am having fun with it. The past couple of days I have dried strawberries


, cherry tomatoes and currently I have grapes in there.

I am finding that I am not wasting so much food the little bits of vegetables that are looking none to good are getting dried and then used later on. I am really excited about using the dehydrator to help with the garden produce that we grow and or buy.
