From Pillsbury Family cookbook (1963)
One of my moms cookbooks that is now in my collection. I really love this cookbook it holds the banana bread recipe and this recipe plus several others.
I didn’t have any butter or margarine and Greg asked for some cookies. After a internet check I found out that you can use shortening in place of the butter. I like how it held the nice round shape of the cookies instead of them spreading all over the pan.
