Sunday - corned beef, cabbage for Greg, something else for me.
Monday - Ham and Peach sauce
Tuesday - orange chicken with fruited rice (new recipe)
Wednesday - church potluck tuna and noodles. I'll use a 12 oz can and split it half for this and half for lunches
Thursday - Pancakes (Thursday is my easy cook night)
Friday - BBQ cups
Saturday - whole chicken (a cook once eat twice idea)
Better yet I had everything but the corned beef ($9.75 we buy and eat once a year), cabbage (cause Greg insists on smelling up my house with this yucky stuff) and the dried fruit (bought at dollar store :) ) for the Tuesday dinner.
