Kashi has once again come up with a delicious cereal. The big good point for this is 22% of your daily fiber. Better yet these little bundles of goodness are very good even when eaten without milk.

I haven't tried that one yet, though I like some of the other Kashi cereals. I recently sent for a sample of this one though.
